Starting with brand-new OEM Ford castings, each set is fully machined and assembled in-house by Kill Devil Diesel using the same precision processes applied to our highest-end performance cylinder heads.

These heads retain factory port geometry and drivability while adding critical upgrades to improve durability under increased cylinder pressure, making them an ideal solution for stock and lightly modified trucks.

Built From Brand-New Ford Castings

Every KDD O-Ringed head begins as a new, unused Ford OEM casting—never remanufactured. From there, each head receives KDD’s complete machining process, including precision valve seat machining and final inspection.

By starting with new castings, we eliminate the unknowns commonly associated with reman heads and ensure consistent quality and longevity.

Kill Devil Diesel is proud to offer our 100% New 6.7 Powerstroke cylinder heads.  We start off with brand new Genuine Ford cylinder heads.  We then perform all final machine work in house - including o-ring, geometry blueprinting (ensuring the valve recession, valve tip height, valve seat profile, surface finish etc is machined in spec) then assemble by hand right here in our NC facility.  We offer CNC porting, as well as Nitrided Inconel valves and USA made Beehive springs.
